Year in Review – Agency360’s Public Safety Software

Now that the holidays are over, we all have a chance to breathe and regroup, right?  The reality is that if you’re like us, 2015 has taken off to a fast start and promises to be another year of growth and change.   Before we look forward to what 2015 holds, we’d like to share a recap of 2014 as we made the transition from DesignPD to Agency360.

2014 was a year of transformation with a laser focus on communication for us.  We committed to better interaction with our clients, and we delivered through regular email blasts, a new support portal that offers the opportunity to vote for new product features, a survey, and a company rebrand that includes a blog.

In September of 2014, we changed our name to Agency360.  This change in brand reflects the growing diverse clientele of the company and of public safety as whole whose needs continues to expand beyond the walls of specific agencies.  Our Field Training/FTO Software, Performance Evaluation Software, and K-9 Software is now being used by law enforcement, EMS, fire, corrections, communications, and private security.  We’re also seeing interest from federal and even military agencies.

So what do we have in store for 2015?  A lot, and we can’t wait to share it with you! Follow us on LinkedIn and here on our blog for the latest updates.
